Debt Recovery Costs Our costs are based on a clear system of fixed fees for the various stages, which are as follows:

Initial letter (including opening file and reporting any response to you): £30 plus VAT.

Issuing Court Proceedings (we will deduct £30 from our fees if you have already paid for the initial letter): Debt Recovery Cost Table Entering Default Judgment: £25 plus VAT (debts of up to £5,000) or £35 plus VAT (debts over £5,000).

Fees for other types of work, such as negotiating settlements, enforcing Judgments, and dealing with defended cases, are normally charged on a time-costed basis. We will be happy to provide more details on request.

Finally, unlike most debt recovery agencies, we do not charge any additional "success fees" when a debt is recovered - there are no other hidden charges.
