Although sometimes necessary, Court proceedings may not always be the most appropriate way to resolve your problems. Mediation can help to resolve your dispute, but at the same time help the parties maintain and protect long established business relationships. This may well avoid the acrimony of litigation, and enable the parties to keep doing business together in the future.

Arbitration may be compulsory under the contract that you have entered into. To overlook it and start Court proceedings could prove to be a costly mistake if the Court throws your case out as a result.
