Wills, Probate & Trusts

We recognise that making a Will or estate planning is not something that many people like to think about. However, a properly drafted Will and an effective, tax-efficient plan to minimise inheritance tax on death will inevitably ease the pain of bereavement and make life much easier for those left behind.

Turbervilles offers comprehensive in-house expertise, with a friendly service which is aimed at achieving the client’s desired results quickly and efficiently. Our solicitors are happy to see clients either at our offices or, where necessary, at their homes, in hospital, or in nursing or residential homes.

We specialise in helping with the problems of the elderly and those coming up to retirement, and we will advise on the administration of estates, prepare powers of attorney and carry out work in the Court of Protection. We can also give advice on inheritance tax, estate planning and asset protection.

Turbervilles opened its first Estate Agency branch in Uxbridge in 2000. Since then we have opened 2 further offices in Hillingdon, and our dedicated, professional, staff have been helping clients to buy, sell and rent property throughout the local area and beyond. Because we are privately owned, we can be truly independent. We cherish this independence because it motivates us to care about everything that we do.
