Age Restricted Sales

The department has considerable expertise in defending retailers against prosecutions for making under age sales under the Licensing Act 2003 and other legislation. We are also able to advise retailers on 'due diligence' and other steps that they should be taking to avoid prosecution should a sale take place.

Members of the department regularly act in such matters for large and small businesses, including national supermarket chains.
